The Bank Street College Children’s library contains more than 66,000 books. The collection includes picture books, fiction and non-fiction for children in pre-kindergarten to eighth grade. This past summer, the Spanish language collection grew to include more than one thousand titles. The audiovisual collection is comprised of videotapes, books on tape, music CDs and DVDs.
Most of children's library materials are available for circulation to the Bank Street College community. The exceptions are the Claudia Lewis Children's Literature collection and reference materials which are for library use only.
